Exit game punisher

Closing the game is a hard reaction. Use it only when the threat score is high, so a small false alarm does not kick an honest player.

Add ExitGamePunisher to a child of the AntiCheat-Monitor, or use the Exit Game Punisher prefab. The usual limit is 850. It runs once.
